Prenatal Support
- FREE Initial Consultation ~ we can meet in person to talk about your wishes for your birth, the scope of doula service and to get to know one another
- Unlimited telephone/email/text message support from the date of hire
- Monthly prenatal visits in your home, at these meetings we will: develop your birth plan, explore the mechanics of breastfeeding and layout your labor action plan
Labor Support
- 24 hour on-call availability for labor support - for the weeks surrounding your due date we arrange our schedules so we're rested and ready whenever you are!
- Continuous informational, emotional, and physical support from the time your active labor begins until your baby is born
Postpartum
- Ongoing support for the first 1 – 2 hours after your baby is born to assist with the initial transition and breastfeeding ~ before we leave the room you will see and feel your baby with a good latch!
- A postpartum visit in your home to talk about your birth experience and answer questions about newborn basics
- Unlimited Lactation Support ~ we are committed to supporting your breastfeeding journey
