This 4-part, interactive class series will help you explore the 'need to knows' about childbirth. Classes cover pregnancy nutrition, the physiology of labor and birth (including relaxation techniques and comfort measures) and what to expect during the postpartum period. Common medical interventions will also be covered as well as what you can expect during your visit to the hospital. A booklet, handouts and in-class videos will be shared.
